Quick answers
How do you charge? Will I get a surprise bill?
No surprises — that's the whole point. You get a quote before we drive out, based on your vehicle and the job. If diagnosis reveals something different once we're there, we re-quote before touching anything. The diagnostic visit fee ($95) is credited toward the repair if you hire us for it.
Can you really do this job in my driveway?
Most repairs, yes — brakes, batteries, alternators, starters, suspension, cooling system, and more. What we need: reasonably flat, paved ground and a little space around the car. What we can't do mobile: alignments, transmission rebuilds, tire mounting, and internal engine work. Our booking form asks the right questions so we can tell you honestly before anyone's time is wasted.
Is the work under warranty?
Yes — 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on parts & labor on most repairs, the same standard the big national mobile-mechanic networks use.
